I purchased my second car from 405 Motors and couldn't be happier with the experience. Myriam and Ken were a friendly no pressure team who are attentive, professional and efficient. They took time to answer all of our questions, provided payment options and generally were extra friendly. I love the new location which is easy to find, clean and professional throughout. 405 Motors offered a fair price for our trade-in auto and the whole process only took about 40 minutes. I'm so surprised to see only 3 stars for the rating of 405 Motors at another place where I was trying to leave a review but it malfunctioned. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. I bought a 2018 Ford Escape from them this week. They were calm, polite and no pressure. I bought the car and while I drove it home I notice a shudder. They happily checked it out and replaced a couple of parts and when another part arrives they will replace that part. They are so nice to deal with and REALLY want you happy. While looking for a car before I got this one, I had 2 bad experiences and when I came to 405 Motors I couldn't believe how good my experience was. 405 Motors gets 10 stars from me.
